At Change Grow Live, we believe in people — in their strengths, their potential, and their ability to shape their own futures.
Because the best people have one thing in common: they care.
We’re more than a substance misuse charity — we’re a community built on compassion, openness and boldness. Every day, we walk alongside people as they change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its fullest.
We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in the Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose, inspire others and make tangible impact, this is the role for you.

- Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team
- Leading the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions
- Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection
- Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement
- Working collaboratively across hubs, community locations and partner organisations
No two days are the same — but each one makes a difference.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience of leading clinical teams and delivering high standards of care
- A whole-person, trauma-informed approach to health and wellbeing
- The ability to remain calm, curious and compassionate under pressure
- A commitment to continuous learning, reflection and professional growth
Above all, you’ll be a confident, thoughtful clinician who is motivated by helping people thrive — including your colleagues.
