At Change Grow Live, we believe in people — and we’re here to help anyone who wants to change direction, grow as an individual, and live life to their full potential.

We are a UK-wide charity providing support and care for people facing challenges like substance misuse, homelessness, mental and physical health issues, domestic abuse or other social disadvantages. Our services are free, confidential, and tailored to meet the whole person’s needs — from drug and alcohol treatment to housing advice, health and wellbeing, and wider social support.

We started out in 1977 as a small, volunteer-led initiative in Sussex, supporting individuals leaving prison. Over the decades we’ve grown — expanding beyond criminal justice support into a full spectrum of social care services, while maintaining our commitment to dignity, compassion and inclusion.
