RGN/RMN Staff Nurse Job in UK Nursing Home We're seeking an experienced and compassionate RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents and ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each resident. Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents. Follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care. Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required. Manage emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift. Requirements: NMC registration as an RGN or RMN. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their needs. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
