What you will do:

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients across various settings, including Walton Ward, Stanley & Nostell Wards, and other mental health services.
• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with medical prescriptions and established clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' physical and mental health, accurately documenting changes and escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Conduct risk assessments and safely manage complex patient cases.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families, ensuring a person-centred approach to care.
