What you will do:
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients across various settings, including Walton Ward, Stanley & Nostell Wards, and other mental health services.
- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with medical prescriptions and established clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and mental health, accurately documenting changes and escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Conduct risk assessments and safely manage complex patient cases.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families, ensuring a person-centred approach to care.
