The role

We require nurses to help vulnerable people to manage their daily activities and to live as independently as possible. The job location is in tq1, Torbay, Devon(UK)

You may be expected to:
Supporting residents with their daily routine needs
Providing personal care and medication
Going on days out for example swimming, shopping etc.
Help with the cooking and cleaning where necessary
Taking them to day / care centres

Ideal candidate:
Experience working as a Nurse
Experience working with Learning Disabilities or in mental health
Good Communication and Listening Skills
Medication Trained
Valid DBS and Mandatory training (within the last year)
Confident character, good energy
