Registered Nurse – RGN / RMN / RNLD

Oldham

Permanent / Full Time or Part time

Salary up to £31,200 per annum

We are looking to recruit into a new ABI residential nursing establishment with 2/4 qualified nurses be that you can be either a RGN, RMN or RNLD, to over see the care of the residents within a new purpose built home based in Oldham.

·You will be a named nurse within an intimate setting of 5 residents all with differing diagnosis and levels of care

·You will adopt a person centred individual approach to the deliver of nursing Care

·Abide by the NMC code of conduct

·Be in a position to lead, develop and motivate a team around you and Lead the shift appropriately

·Ensure all written reports are completed fully in terms of review via colleagues, and contribute to MDT team meetings on evaluation of care being delivered

·Continually strive to be the very best in the delivery of excellent care standards

Please note due to this residential setting which includes nursing you must be aware and have worked with the following Tracheotomy / STOMA / Peg feeds

The role will be days / nights and include 28 days (including bank holidays) we will expect a degree of flexibility to cover other shifts when colleagues are away on leave.
