Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care across a variety of healthcare settings.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient health conditions and needs.
- Design and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Engage and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive strategies.

Requirements
- A valid NMC Pin and previous UK nursing experience is essential.
