We are recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to work across care homes and healthcare settings throughout West Yorkshire.

You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while leading and supporting care teams on shift.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care teams during shifts

• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff

• Administer, record, and monitor medication safely

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice

• Identify, report, and act on safeguarding concerns

About You

✅ Essential Requirements

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)

• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in care homes and/or NHS settings

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

• Strong communication skills and professional approach

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
