The successful applicant will:

  • Havea current NMC registration,andmore than 2years of experience.

  • Good knowledge of thelatestclinical practices.

  • Leada team of care staff to deliveroutstandingcare.

  • Use technology to keepaccuratedocumentation and resident records.

  • Ensuremedication is ordered,administeredand storedfollowing thecompanyprocedures andpolicies andin accordance withcurrent legislationandthe NMC/CQCguidelines.

  • Utiliseclinical skillstomake decisions andtakeactionin a timely mannerwhilstprovidingguidance and support to all team members.

  • Createwell-thought throughcare plans and detailed risk assessments,keeping in mindregulatory frameworks.

  • Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better.

Someone who can deliver a level of carethat truly comes from the heart,making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the CareHome. And, whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else.




Requirements


You will need to be:

  • An NMCRegistered Nurse,ableto lead a team of care staff.

  • Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.

  • Capable ofdemonstratingawareness andunderstanding ofcurrent legislation and guidelines.

  • Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference.
