  • NMC registration (RGN, RMN) is highly desirable.
  • Managers with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and safeguarding.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve quality standards, and achieve positive inspection outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care for older adults.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive pension scheme
  • Sector-leading training and development opportunities
  • Benefits portal
  • Long service awards
  • Career progression within an established care provider
  • Lead a beautifully refurbished nursing home with modern facilities and welcoming outdoor spaces

Nursing Home Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care.
  • Inspire, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and all relevant legislation.
  • Monitor clinical governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing levels, and operational performance.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
  • Support recruitment, staff development, appraisals, and succession planning.
