No Home Visits
Duties: Main Focus on Phlebotomy and Dressings but they are flexible depending on your skill set
- Taking basic observations:
- Blood pressure
- Pulse
- Temperature
- Respiratory rate
- Height and weight/BMI
- Performing health checks and NHS health screenings
- Taking blood samples (phlebotomy), if trained
- ECGs
- Simple wound care and dressing changes
- Urine testing
- New patient checks
- Assisting with chronic disease monitoring clinics (e.g. diabetes, asthma, hypertension)
- Stocking and cleaning clinical rooms/equipment
- Infection prevention and control procedures
Patient support duties
- Preparing patients for appointments
- Explaining basic procedures
- Chaperoning during examinations
- Supporting anxious or vulnerable patients
- Promoting healthy lifestyle advice
Administrative duties
- Updating patient records
- Booking follow-up appointments
- Handling specimens/lab forms
- Ordering supplies
- Following confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
Free Staff Parking on site
Dates/Times
Up to 2 days per week (Max 20hrs per week)
