What you will do:
As a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD or RGN with MH experience), you will ensure young people and adults with acute mental health needs receive high-quality care while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
The wards are engaging and varied, offering plenty to keep you motivated. Your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Mentoring and supporting team members
- Observing, recording, and reporting all changes in service users while maintaining accurate records
Skills and knowledge you will have:
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
- Positive, caring, and compassionate attitude
