Key Responsibilities

Working autonomously as part of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care across a range of services, including:

Cervical screening
Childhood immunisations
Adult and travel vaccinations
Chronic disease management and annual reviews, including diabetes and asthma

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care
Confidence in delivering cervical screening, immunisations, and vaccinations
Experience running Diabetes and/or Asthma clinics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
