What you’ll do: <\/span>

• Provide high -quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans <\/span>

• Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks <\/span>

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes <\/span>

  What we’re looking for: <\/span>

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • At least 6 months of post -qualification experience in a UK -based care setting <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person -centred care <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively <\/span>
