What you'll bring to the role Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! The role requires a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience, active NMC registration, and completion of a preceptorship program. Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests, and professional practices, along with evidence of continuing professional development. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality are essential, as is the ability to develop and apply flexible and innovative approaches to practice. Additionally, a minimum of six months' post-registration experience within a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Care Environment is required, with evidence of continued professional development in the relevant field.
