Occupational Health Advisor / Occupational Health Nurse

The Role
In this key Occupational Health Nurse role, you'll provide day-to-day clinical occupational health support to employees while working closely with site stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.
What you'll be doing as an Occupational Health Nurse
- Undertaking independent medical assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
- Managing case management and pre-placement questionnaires
- Delivering health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, and biological monitoring
- Providing travel health advice and supporting on-site first aiders
- Coordinating health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and professional guidelines
- Maintaining clinical rooms and keeping accurate equipment calibration logs
What we're looking for in an Occupational Health Nurse
- Previous experience working within Occupational Health is essential
- Strong background in case management and health surveillance
- Experience with safety-critical assessments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload confidently
- Current NMC registration
Salary & Benefits
