About the Role
<\/h3>

As a Unit Nurse Manager (General)<\/b>, you will use your compassion and initiative to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of person -centred care. You will have the freedom and autonomy to lead your unit, managing everything from clinical care plans to team development.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Clinical Leadership:<\/b> Plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of tailored, person -centred care plans and detailed risk assessments.
    <\/li>
  • Team Management:<\/b> Oversee staff rotas, recruit new talent, and train and mentor your nursing team.
    <\/li>
  • Compliance & Partnerships:<\/b> Build strong, professional relationships with local regulators and social services.
    <\/li>
  • Professional Development:<\/b> Take ownership of your unit's growth while accessing excellent opportunities for your own career progression.

    About You
    <\/h3>

    Requirements:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Qualifications:<\/b> Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current, valid NMC registration.
      <\/li>
    • Clinical Expertise:<\/b> Up -to -date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA<\/b> and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines<\/b>).
      <\/li>
    • Leadership Experience:<\/b> Proven experience acting as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
      <\/li>
    • Skills:<\/b> Strong background in producing well -developed care plans and risk assessments.
      <\/li>
    • Flexibility: a<\/b>bility to accommodate both day and night shifts when required
