What you'll bring to the role Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. The post holder will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team, external agencies and organisations, patients and relatives. The post holder should also have a good working knowledge of the mental health act. Experience in a related environment is essential. Successful candidates will be expected to participate in all mandatory training including PMVA training.
