Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse in a UK Nursing Home We are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents Following all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift Key Requirements: NMC registration as an RGN or RMN Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs To join our team, you must have a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly and be dedicated to ensuring their well-being.
