RGN/RMN Staff Nurse Position at UK Nursing Home We are in search of a skilled and empathetic RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join our nursing home team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities: Administer medication, provide direct care and support to residents, and communicate with healthcare professionals as required. Develop individualized care plans and conduct assessments for each resident. Oversee and supervise care assistants and other nursing staff to deliver the best possible care for residents. Strictly follow policies and procedures to provide person-centered care. Maintain accurate records and update care plans when necessary. Effectively manage emergencies and unexpected situations during your shift. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN. At least 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or a similar setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their unique needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to cope with changing situations and needs.
