To work with us, you'll need current or recent experience in a GP surgery, as this is required by our client practices. Whether you're actively searching or simply exploring what's available, we're happy to have an informal conversation.

We recruit for a wide range of primary care positions, including:

Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Lead Nurses, HCAs, GPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Receptionists, Medical Secretaries, Administrators, Deputy Practice Managers, and Practice Managers.

Current locum pay rates include:

* HCAs: £14.25-£21 per hour
* Practice Nurses: £28-£47 per hour
* Nurse Practitioners: £40.50-£68 per hour
* Nursing Associates, Senior Administrators, and Dispensers: £19-£37 per hour

London-based roles attract additional weighting where applicable.
