Pay: £24.00-£43.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored patient care based on individual needs and assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate and implement effective care plans.
- Administer medications and IV treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Requirements
- A valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical nursing practices.
