Pay: £24.00-£43.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per healthcare protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and relevant patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Promote best practices within nursing and healthcare services.
- Work independently and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin required.
- Previous experience in nursing, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
