Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available (3 to 5 patient days).
Compensation: Competitive base salary, with earning potential up to $300k through results-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will evaluate and treat a wide range of skin conditions, perform dermatological procedures, and assist in surgeries. You’ll have the opportunity to provide both medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including injectables, microneedling, lasers, and more.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing comprehensive dermatological assessments and treatments.
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic skin conditions.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as needed.
- Prescribing medications and developing individualized care plans.
- Educating patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
- Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing cosmetic dermatology procedures within your scope of practice.
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for all patients.
- Assisting in practice operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of a registered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current and unrestricted Massachusetts PA or NP license.
- 4+ years of experience in a medical office, preferably in dermatology.
- 2+ years of experience in Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology preferred.
- Experience in Plastic Surgery, Surgical, Mohs, or Medical Spa settings is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential
Salary range
- GPB 300,000 per year
