Specialist Registered Nurse (RGN) – Community & Homecare

Location: Torquay & Surrounding Areas

Salary: From £34,000 + £4,887 Car Allowance or Company Car

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (5 Days, Occasional Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care in patients' homes
• Conduct clinical assessments and make independent clinical decisions
• Administer IV therapies and subcutaneous injections
• Manage and care for IV devices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Identify and escalate clinical risks appropriately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient wellbeing and safeguarding

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) – NMC Registered
• Acute care nursing experience
• Experience with IV therapies and IV devices
• Competent in clinical assessments and autonomous decision-making
• Experience administering subcutaneous injections
• Full UK Driving Licence
