What you will do:

- Conduct timely assessments of children and young people, offering discovery conversations that address issues like self-harm, safeguarding needs, and more. Provide prompt advice and guidance, along with signposting post-assessment and making necessary referrals.
- Provide support, advice, and educational input to schools, social care professionals, and other agency staff to enhance their understanding and skills in managing the care and treatment of children and young people.
- Collaborate within the Mindworks alliance to offer specialist assessment and treatment services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, supporting children and young people following assessments, including Positive Behaviour Support.

Requirements:

- NMC registration is essential.
- Being a car driver is advantageous, offering the flexibility needed to reach various locations and clients efficiently.
