They show evidence of ongoing post-registration professional development and display a positive attitude toward change, improvement, and quality. With the ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to practice, they also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Their experience includes a minimum of six months working within a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities care environment, supported by continued development within their professional field.
