What you will do

  • Prescribing Services: Deliver specialist prescribing interventions for individuals experiencing substance misuse issues.
  • Clinical Assessment: Undertake comprehensive assessments and reviews to support safe and effective treatment planning.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Working: Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Camden Integrated Drug & Alcohol Service.
  • Clinical Advice: Provide expert guidance and consultation to patients, colleagues, and partner agencies.
  • Case Management: Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions appropriately to maximise positive outcomes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records in line with professional and legal standards.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and continuous learning to maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and best practice.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Professional Registration: Current NMC registration or relevant professional registration required.
  • Non-Medica
