What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide appropriate prescribing for opiate and alcohol substitute treatments.
• Adjust treatment plans and prescriptions as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure holistic and person-centred care.
• Work across various hubs and partner premises, including Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, and Worthing.
• Support clients through every step of their recovery journey.
