What you will do:

- Assess and plan clinical care for service users within the substance misuse service.
- Prescribe and review medication for service users, ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines and legislation.
- Lead in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support for individuals struggling with substance misuse.
- Provide expert advice and support to service users, ensuring an empathetic and professional approach.

Requirements:

- A relevant nursing qualification with an active NMC Registration.
- Recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.
