What You Will Do:

• Provide frontline nursing care and health support to individuals experiencing homelessness.

• Carry out health assessments, basic treatments, and referrals to appropriate services.

• Deliver street outreach and participate in regular street rounds to engage hard-to-reach individuals.

• Work closely with local health providers and community organisations to coordinate ongoing care.

• Promote health awareness, harm reduction, and preventative care guidance.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and outcome reports.
