Spire Bushey Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join on a part time Basis 17.5 hours in our outpatients department.

Out Outpatient department is based over two sites - Bushey Hospital, and Spire Bushey diagnostic centre, within 5 minutes of each other. There is free parking at both sites. You will be expected to work at both sites.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a range of support services to the Nurses and Consultants during procedures including:
• Maintenance of quality care delivery
• You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements

Who we're looking for

• Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
• You must have previous outpatient department experience.
• Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
• Able to lead clinics
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Able to carry out wound dressings
• Phlebotomy skills
• Experience within an outpatient setting would be an advantage
• Early recognition of clinical problems and report or take appropriate action

Hours: Part time, 17.5 hours - can be worked over 2 or 3 shifts.

Shifts: Shifts between 7.30am and 9pm. Rotation across weekends and week days.
