Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: Albrighton, Wolverhampton, WV7 3FA
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum pro rata (plus bonus)
Hours: Part Time - 22.5 hours per week

Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking clinical ownership of paediatric complex care caseloads.
- Creating, managing, and reviewing bespoke paediatric care plans
- Leading and delivering clinical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
- Ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality care in line with national standards
- Reviewing clinical documentation, including MAR charts and care records
- Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing mandatory training and development in line with national standards.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for paediatric nurses with experience in:
- Paediatric airway management, including tracheostomy care and suctioning.
- Ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive)
- Enteral feeding (PEG / JEJ / NG)
Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin (Paediatric) with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Ideally 12 months community care nursing experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Flexibility to oversee complex care packages across the Midlands region.
- No shifts, no on-call and no nights
