About us

Apollo Home Healthcare specialises in the provision of highly complex home healthcare services that are delivered to our client’s in their homes.

Since our beginnings in 2014, our purpose has always been to provide a complex home healthcare service that we would be happy for our own family members to receive. Our dedicated and experienced local teams are committed to ensuring that we consistently deliver a high quality, person-centred service to individuals with long-term or life-limiting conditions.

“I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work putting together a team for my daughter. She is getting used to all the new faces and we are finding all the help very useful. We now have a much better routine as a family. Thank you again for putting together so much help and support for our daughter and our family.”

Life at Apollo Home Healthcare

People are at the heart of everything we do at Apollo Home Healthcare, and we pride ourselves on recruiting people who are compassionate, committed to delivering high-quality care in the home and passionate about improving the lives of others.

We have over 600 healthcare staff as part of our team delivering specialist care to our clients in their homes across the UK, including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Nursery Nurses. We also have our local operations and central office teams based at five locations across the UK.

A great place to work

We strive to make Apollo Home Healthcare a great place to work. We offer our healthcare staff long-term work placements, which is committed to in advance, whilst still providing flexibility. We engage staff in a variety of ways to ensure our service provides consistent care teams to our clients.

“All this is done with a team of people that are not just your colleagues but your ‘work family’. There is someone there to support you when you need it and give a shoulder to lean on.”

We also provide ongoing training and development helping you to grow your career and some of the best staff benefits in healthcare.

Our care services involve delivering 1:1 or 2:1 complex care in our client’s home, working with conditions including cerebral palsy, brain and spinal injuries, global development delay, motor neuron disease and complex genetic conditions.

“I wanted to thank you for my loyalty and recognition bonus. It was so unexpected and will be put to good use as we move into our new journey as parents. I really appreciate your generosity and having my hard work acknowledged. I really enjoy being part of your team and wish you all many blessings.”

We’re looking for people who share our passion

We are looking for compassionate and committed care staff to join our team; people who share our passion for providing outstanding complex care services and the values outlined in our values – the foundation upon which care is delivered to all our clients.

For care staff who come to us from a care home or non-clinical background, we provide a unique opportunity to train and develop your skills into a more complex clinical position, providing free training in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation management and enteral feeding, to name but a few.

“Being a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Apollo allows you to be yourself, to not be restricted to a box but being able to think and action things outside the box, to have a sense of achievement every day no matter how small it may be and doing it all with a bunch of people you feel at home with, after all, they are your work family.”

Our benefits

Our Care Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses are an integral part of our success, enabling us to continually deliver high-quality packages of care within the community. As such, we want to ensure that in working for Apollo Home Healthcare, you receive the best ongoing support and the best benefits in the business!

Working for us means you will be part of an amazing team that makes a huge difference to the lives of our clients and their families every single day.

“I feel very grateful for having this opportunity to work with Apollo, within a great team and having a special and amazing client. I am also very happy the Apollo team is getting bigger, with new people joining the office. Thank you once again for everything!”
