Nursing Team Lead - Outpatients | OPD | Private hospital | Full Time | Permanent | Horley, West Sussex

Spire Gatwick Park has a vacancy for an experienced Outpatients Nurse to join our OPD leadership team. We provide excellent training opportunities to enable you to develop your skills and progress in your career. This role requires the post holder to work a combination of shift patterns.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to lead and coordinate on a daily basis
  • Be patient safety focussed, including competence to make safe discharge decisions with our Consultant team
  • Troubleshoot and work collaboratively to find solutions
  • Support the nursing team, HCAs and Ward Manager
  • Competent to make safe discharge decisions working with our Consultant team

Who we're looking for
  • Qualified Nurse who holds a valid NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in outpatients as a Senior/lead
  • Autonomous decision maker
  • Strong Leadership/coordinator skills

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time
