Use Your Clinical Skills and Make a Difference!

If you're a registered nurse looking for a structured, Monday–Friday role where your clinical judgement still makes a real impact, this could be the change you're looking for.

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll use your professional expertise to conduct detailed, fair and evidence-based assessments that help determine how a claimant’s condition affects their daily living. This is not hands-on clinical care; it’s analytical, structured and report-focused. It suits professionals who enjoy critical thinking, structured environments and high-quality written work.

What Makes This Different?

  • Structured, inclusive training programme
  • Ongoing clinical support
  • Clear development pathway
  • £1000 salary uplift after your first 6 months and a further £1000 salary uplift after 12 months
  • Up to 10% quarterly bonus
  • £1,500 employee referral scheme

We invest in our clinicians and we reward performance!

What You’ll Be Doing
