Purpose of the Role
To provide strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of midwifery services across the Isle of Man. The Lead Midwife ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care, supports the professional development of the midwifery team, and contributes to service planning, policy development, and governance.
