Implementation Lead Nurse
Overview
Internal Secondment Opportunity
Lead Nurse (Implementation Lead) - Rotherham Mobilisation Team
Secondment until 30 May 2027
As we prepare to launch our new Rotherham service in January 2027, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Nurse Lead to help shape the future of clinical delivery from the very beginning.
This is more than a nursing leadership role.
It's an opportunity to help build a new service from the ground up and shape how clinical care is delivered from day one.
We're looking for a Lead Nurse (Implementation Lead) to join the Rotherham mobilisation team and play a pivotal role in establishing and embedding Change Grow Live's nursing provision within our new service, launching in January 2027.
As a key member of the implementation team, you'll lead the development of the nursing function, helping to shape clinical pathways, governance arrangements, workforce integration and standards of care. Working closely with operational, clinical and mobilisation colleagues, you'll ensure our nursing model is successfully implemented and that the service is ready to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care from the moment we go live.
Alongside this, you'll provide visible leadership and support to nursing colleagues transferring into Change Grow Live through the TUPE process, helping them navigate change with confidence and feel connected to our values, culture and approach. Bringing together existing expertise with Change Grow Live's clinical model, you'll help create a cohesive, high-performing nursing team and lay the foundations for long-term clinical excellence across the service.
If you're energised by change, passionate about clinical leadership and excited by the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy, this could be the role for you.
