The Ideal Candidate

You are a confident, highly skilled and impeccably presented Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional clinical care with excellent cosmetic-standard results.

Essential Requirements

  • Current NMC registration (Adult) with no restrictions
  • Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 3 years in A&E/Emergency Department
  • Proven high-standard suturing/wound closure skills (able to achieve excellent cosmetic outcomes on face, hands and high-visibility areas)
  • Fully competent in autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of minor injuries & minor illness
  • Experience seeing undifferentiated patients in urgent care, walk-in or ED settings
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation – you will be the face of the clinic and must inspire confidence in every patient
  • Right to work in the UK

Highly Desirable

  • Ability to treat both adults and children (paediatric minor injuries experience or PILS/APLS)
  • Formal Minor Injuries / Emergency Nurse Practitioner qualification (e.g. Level 6/7 Minor Injury modules, ENP course, or MSc Advanced Practice)
  • Independent Prescribing (V300)
  • IRMER / X-ray interpretation qualification
  • Experience in private healthcare or high-end aesthetic/clinical setting

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive salary
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Beautiful modern clinic environments (no NHS waiting times or bureaucracy)

This is an outstanding opportunity for an A&E-trained nurse who wants to step away from the pressure of major trauma but still use their advanced skills daily, achieve excellent clinical outcomes, and enjoy a better work-life balance in a private setting where presentation and patient experience really matter.

If you are a sharp, confident, well-groomed ENP who consistently receives glowing patient feedback and can stitch to plastic-surgery standard, we want to hear from you.
