What You Will Do:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

  • Support and guide registered and unregistered nursing staff in their professional development.

  • Follow established policies and procedures, acting as a role model for new and junior team members.

  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Respond to emergency situations efficiently, escalating appropriately and supervising junior staff when required.

  • Promote health education and wellbeing initiatives for patients and their support networks.
