£60,000-£65,000 per year | Full-time | 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays

A well-established and forward-thinking Primary Care Network (PCN) in Cheshunt is looking to recruit an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its dedicated clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Working autonomously as part of the wider primary care team, you will provide high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.

The role will include:

* Autonomous patient consultations and clinical assessments

* Diagnosing and managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions

* Developing and reviewing appropriate treatment plans

* Prescribing within your scope of practice

* Providing clinical advice and supporting patients with ongoing health needs

* Working collaboratively with GPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team

* Supporting the delivery and development of PCN services

* Maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Current experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within primary care

* Independent prescribing qualification

* Strong autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills

* Experience managing both acute and chronic conditions

* Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills

* A proactive, patient-centred, and team-focused approach

* Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and governance
