About us

Our nursing home is run by Karen Lynskey, Registered Manager. Karen is a registered nurse and has run Tabley House for 18 years. She is supported by Rachel Burke, our deputy manager. Rachel returned to nursing 10 years ago after a career break, joining us as a registered nurse before being promoted to clinical lead and then deputy manager.

Our clinical lead, Michelle, head our up clinical team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants.

You will be working in a warm, friendly nursing home that offers a range of nursing care for men and women. Our deputy manager, Rachel, describes Tabley as “a family”. Our team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and activities coordinators provide care depending on each person’s needs and are particularly experienced at providing support for people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s. We also help people with post-operative or convalescent needs, as well as palliative care. People come for long-term and short-term care.

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) jobs

Additionally, you will monitor, manage, and reduce risk while focusing on the recovery of your patients. Excellent written communication skills are essential, as you will be required to produce reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.

Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) jobs

Our team of registered learning disability nurses help service users lead more fulfilling lives. They use a range of skills to provide patient-centred care that is both rewarding and valuable. As a nurse in this role, you will be able to focus on providing high-quality care that empowers and supports our service users. You will help them improve their physical and mental health, reduce barriers to independent living, and lead them towards enjoying better quality lives. Your daily responsibilities include; maintaining care plans, writing reports based on your assessments, administering medications, and working closely with the management team to continually improve the quality of care.
