Nursing

Our management team is key to our success in ensuring we fulfil our vision. The team is made up of directors at clinical and operational levels; Home Managers; specialist managers including Clinical Care; Hospitality Services and Customer Relationship Managers.
Our business is growing and our team is growing too as we open new homes every year. Our managers help us build our business and lead us through our business growth.

We develop our managers offering inspiring leadership programmes and career paths. For example, you could join us as a Hospitality Services Manager and we will help you on your career journey with opportunities to become a General Manager or even a develop into a regional role.

One of our regional clinical specialists started her career as a carer. We have opportunities for kitchen assistants to become fully trained chefs, an apprentice in hospitality is now a hospitality services manager; the opportunities are endless. We have specialist development opportunities for all professions and offer a range of exciting and innovative leadership programmes.
