Who we are
At CCH Group, we’re more than a care provider – we’re a passionate community dedicated to driving the sector to new heights with a history of doing so. Founded in 2009, we’ve grown into the nation’s largest care company, with over 260 locations and 14,000 care professionals delivering 1.5 million hours of care each month across the UK.
People first, always
We have a vision to become the best place to work in care. We firmly believe that putting our people at the heart of the company is not only the right thing to do, but it also ensures they are in the best position to provide extraordinary care to everyone who relies on us.
In our house, People-First is not just a buzzword; it is how we operate. To build a thriving company and ensure continuous improvement, we listen to our frontline to better understand their needs and respond to them.
The best of both worlds
Our network of 32 operating companies combines national strength with local expertise to deliver care that is deeply embedded in the communities we serve.
While our local presence ensures responsiveness to local challenges and fosters familiarity, we also recognise the advantages of our scale. Our size and breadth make sure we have top-tier support teams with specialised expertise to support our care professionals – meaning we can care for even more people.
Our Services
Home care
This is where we help our clients to live as independently as they can in their own home by providing the everyday support that a caring relative would. As a care assistant in home care, you’ll be responsible for the following types of activities, working either alone or as part of a team.
Complex Care
People receiving complex care usually have long-term health conditions, such as spinal injuries or neurological issues. Clients are dependent on specially-trained carers and need ongoing intensive specialist support.
Live-in care
Live-in care is when you stay with your client in their home to provide dedicated support, day and night. It’s personal care that relies on a close relationship built on a deep understanding of the client's needs.
Extra care schemes
Extra care schemes are an affordable housing option where social landlords offer purpose-built accommodation, with our teams providing a flexible on-site home care service to residents.
Supported living
Our supported living services in most cases support younger adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs to live more independently.
