Who works here?

The home is run by Nikki Burke, our home manager who is supported by a leadership team, comprising leads in care, maintenance, housekeeping, catering and lifestyle. We regularly review staffing levels and adapt them to resident needs.

We use a dependency tool to help us make informed decisions about how many staff we need each day, based on the number and needs of residents.

The team at Chichester Grange provide exceptional care completely tailored to the residents’ individual needs and wishes. We employ a range of roles to help us to achieve this goal:

Care Assistants - Our hard working teams always put individuals and their families at the heart of the care they provide. Collaborating closely with families, our team tailors the care for each resident, encompassing everything from their dietary preferences to the activities and experiences they desire. We even consider their preferred methods of staying connected with friends and family.

Nurses - The nurses at Care UK are highly skilled and receive sector-leading training, which enables them to keep developing expertise in different clinical fields from dementia to palliative care.

Lifestyle teams - Our committed lifestyle teams work hard in coordinating a variety of activities and events within our home. Whether it's gardening, baking, quizzes, music sessions, or live entertainment, we strive to offer a diverse range of experiences. Most importantly, we take the time to understand each resident individually, ensuring that our activities are customised to align with their unique interests and hobbies.

Home support roles - From catering to maintenance, housekeeping to administration, our home support teams play a crucial part in ensuring individuals enjoy an exceptional and safe service every day.

We are able to offer both permanent and bank positions across the majority of these roles and are able to work with you to find the most suitable role for you.
