The candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, a commitment to change, improvement, and quality, and the ability to develop and apply flexible, innovative approaches to practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, supported by at least six months of post-registration experience within a mental health or learning disabilities care environment and evidence of continued professional development in the relevant field.
