This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proactive, supportive team delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver a full range of Occupational Health clinical services including health surveillance, immunisations, vaccinations, and health promotion activities.</li><li>Support Occupational Health Advisors with pre-placement health assessments for non-complex cases.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards and internal processes.</li><li>Contribute to continuous service improvement and the development of Occupational Health provision.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Registered Nurse (NMC) with Occupational Health experience (previous OH or workplace health background preferred).</li><li>A confident clinical practitioner able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, proactive team.</li><li>Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (including Outlook and internal systems).</li><li>Must be based on island full-time (accommodation support available if required).</li></ul>Contract Details<ul><li>Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months)</li><li>Hours: Full-time</li><li>Start: As soon as possible</li><li>Location: On island</li></ul>

You’ll also play a key role in case management and maintaining accurate, audit-ready data using a new OH systemThis is a hands-on, varied role that offers exposure to both manufacturing and logistics environments — ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and making a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver health surveillance and screening (including audiometry and spirometry).</li><li>Support colleague wellbeing and health promotion initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to case management and return-to-work processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records and reports.</li><li>Use OH systems to track data and produce reports.</li><li>Travel regularly between Heathrow and Hatfield sites, including occasional night shifts to support 24/7 operations.</li></ul>About YouWe’re looking for a confident and professional Registered Nurse (NMC-registered) who can hit the ground running in a busy, fast-paced environment.Essential requirements:<ul><li>Current NMC registration and revalidation.</li><li>Proven experience in health surveillance (industrial, logistics, or manufacturing setting).</li><li>Competence in audiometry and spirometry.</li><li>Strong documentation and administrative accuracy.</li><li>Confident IT user, ideally familiar with clinical systems such as ORCHID.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to transport.</li><li>Willingness to work occasional night shifts.</li><li>Right to work in the UK.</li></ul>Desirable experience:<ul><li>Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or equivalent).</li><li>Case management and RTW experience.</li><li>OH experience within food manufacturing or similar environments.</li><li>Experience delivering wellbeing campaigns or health promotion.</li><li>Ability to analyse and report OH data.</li></ul>
