Our client is looking for a passionate and motivated Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join a purpose-built nursing home providing high-quality care for older adults. This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse with a strong clinical background and a genuine passion for delivering excellent care.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on nursing experience.
- Ideally experienced in a nursing home or older adult care setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
- Administer medication, complete care plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff during shifts.
- Monitor residents’ health, responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with families and external healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and professional best practice.
