Registered Nurse
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
up to £17 per hour
Days & Nights available

Right Search Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a reputable nursing home on the look out to recruit a Registered Nurse based in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. The Registered Nurse will be joining a small independent provider who always continues to deliver high-end elderly care.

As the Registered nurse, you will be part of a family run business the facility is highly regarded in the area, alongside this the clinical support you will receive in your role as Registered Nurse is outstanding.

With both nursing and dementia within the service; opportunities to develop into lead nurse's in these areas are strong with further and future opportunities to gain the following skills:

• Dementia mapping qualifications
• Palliative care qualifications and verification of death
• Peg Feeding
• Catheterisation
• Medication auditing and management
• NCQ level 4/5 in management
• Syringe Driver
• NIV

Each unit is separate between the general nursing unit and dementia care unit for skill mixing and staff development mapping and you will be provided with full induction - 2 weeks long by well-trained clinical staff and be encouraged to develop in any area in which you wish to specialise.
