A positive attitude, commitment to change and quality improvement, and the ability to develop and implement flexible, innovative approaches to practice are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as a minimum of six months' post-registration experience in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities care environment, with demonstrable ongoing professional development in a relevant field.
